Ciara brings a uniquely multidisciplinary lens to supervision. With a background spanning child protective services, skills training, corporate management, and private practice, she prepares supervisees not just for licensure — but for the full complexity of clinical work in the real world.
Her supervision approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. She is trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, and integrates anti-oppressive, queer-affirming frameworks into her supervisory practice.

We offer structured supervision across six pathways — including direct client placement opportunities through The Healing Suite for supervisees at all levels.
Supervisees at all licensure levels may apply for direct client placement through The Healing Suite. You'll carry an active caseload via telehealth under Ciara's supervision, gaining real clinical experience while earning a tiered percentage of session fees based on your licensure level.

Supervision for graduate students completing field placement requirements. We support MSW, MFT, and counseling students across programs, providing structured hours, documentation, and a trauma-informed learning environment.
Available for students in accredited graduate programs.
For newly graduated MSWs working toward their LMSW. We provide the required supervised hours with structured feedback, case consultation, and professional development to support your early career.
Hours logged and documented per state board requirements.
For LMSWs working toward full clinical licensure. This track focuses on advanced clinical skills, diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, and independent practice readiness.
